First Aid at Work Requalification

Our requalification course is intended for anyone who has previously completed a First Aid at Work course, and has a valid First Aid at Work Certificate when attending. If this course is undertaken in the 3 months prior to the current expiration date, the new certificate issued will be dated 3 years from the previous certificate’s expiry date. At the end of the course, all students undergo a final assessment.

Blended E-Learning

This course can be partly completed through our E-Learning; allowing you to split this 6-hour course into 3 hours of convenient E-Learning and 3 hours of practical/theory in the classroom. When requesting a quote or a booking, please select blended learning if you would like to choose this option.

Course Details

Duration:

12 hours over 2 days. Scheduled to suit your company’s needs, but usually between 9am – 4.30pm.

Aims of Course:

To enable candidate to give adequate and efficient first aid to a casualty following an injury or illness using material to hand and HSE approved first aid equipment.

Attendee Requirements:

2 students upwards. Age 16 years or older; must be fit and able to work at floor level. Candidate must conform to the HSE criteria and be deemed competent to gain a certificate.

Certificates:

A certificate of competence will be issued to successful candidates which are valid for three years. These hold the necessary workplace approval through the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB). Approval number: 73/07(372).
